Hello Wind Ensemble!
 
Please note that tomorrow’s State MPA schedule has been amended slightly.  Please read the following information, schedule, and reminders below.

Friday, February 24th 2017 – State MPA Schedule
Wind Ensemble
 
Report time (dressed & seated): 4:00pm in the band room.  (We will have a brief sound check session with our percussionists)
 
Loading / Departure: 4:30 – 4:45pm
 
Arrival / Line Up: 5:00pm
 
Warm Up: 5:30pm
 
Performance: 6:00pm
 
 
Reminders

• Students should bring their concert attire to school Friday.  We will change during 7th period.  Students will have an opportunity to eat after school if they wish; but everyone must be seated in the band room for our sound check at 4pm.

 

• Be sure to have all parts to your concert attire!  Wash/ iron/ do whatever you need to tonight.  Lay it out for the morning so that you don’t forget it!

 

• Percussionists: be sure that everything we need for both the performance and sight-reading is on the trailer.  Ashley Rennhack is our Equipment Manager for this concert. 

 

• Winds: Double / triple check that you have everything you need to play.  Valve oil, extra reeds, grease, water, whatever…… it’s your job to make sure you have all of your materials. 

 

• HAVE FUN!!!!! J You have worked extremely hard this semester and we’re very proud of you.  Enjoy your performance!
