Symphonic Band

The Symphonic Band is the second of two full concert ensembles at Southside.  Composed of musicians in grades 9-12, the Symphonic Band is one of the finest ensembles in Etowah County.  The Symphonic Band performed at the Alabama Music Educators Association In-Service Conference in 2003.  This ensemble has also performed at the Southeastern U.S. Concert Band Clinic in Troy, AL.  

The Symphonic Band is under the direction of Mr. Austin Waits ​
