SOUTHSIDE @ HOKES BLUFF SCHEDULE Friday, September 1st 2017 – Hokes Bluff, AL *We strongly encourage all members to eat prior to our report time. Report Time: 4:30pm All members dressed and seated in the band room. Inspections begin. Student-Led “Pregame”: 4:31pm Departure: 5:00pm DON’T FORGET ANYTHING! Arrival / Unload: 5:30pm Rehearsal with the HB Band: 5:45pm Kick Off: 7:00pm GO PANTHERS! Halftime: 8:45pm? GO PRIDE GO!! 3rd Quarter Break: Immediately following halftime We cannot start break until all students are back in their assigned spots in the stadium. Members will be called down by section to receive their 3rd quarter meal. Members are not allowed to leave the band section during 3rd quarter. Departure: 10:00pm? Parents checking out their child must sign-out with our PMA Vice President (Head Chaperone) Mrs. Payne. Dismissal: 10:30pm? *Students will be dismissed as a group from the band room. FRI 8/18 Wind Ensemble AMEA Picture: 3:00 – ? Rainbow Landing All Wind Ensemble members will stay after school to travel by bus to Rainbow Landing for a professional picture to be used in our AMEA program and promotional materials. Students will need to bring, and change into their concert attire during 7th period. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
