Our Mission
The mission of the Southside High School / Rainbow Middle School Band Program is to encourage students to become quality young men and women using the medium of music. Our band program serves as an ambassador for Southside High School, the cities of Southside and Rainbow City and the Great State of Alabama.
Built on the foundation of integrity and friendship, The PRIDE is dedicated to providing an educational, positive, and safe environment that promotes the growth and development of musicianship and character. "The PRIDE" performs for thousands of people each year at football games, competitions, concerts, recitals, concerts, parades and many other events.
