FALL CONCERT 2019 Event Location & Time Mort Glosser Amphitheater 90 Walnut Street Gadsden, AL 35901 6:00 pm SCHEDULE Tuesday, October 29, 2019 Attire: Halloween costumes (or all black) Student Call Time: 5:00 pm Only band members will be allowed into the amphitheater at 5pm. Wind Ensemble should be on stage and warmed up at 5 pm / Symphonic Band should be in their designated seats in the audience. Sound Checks: 5:00 pm – Wind Ensemble / 5:15 pm – Symphonic Band Trunk or Treating: 5:00 pm – Amphitheater Parking Lot Parents, we’re asking for your help to make a Trunk or Treat happen for our young guests before the concert. This is completely voluntary but your help is appreciated. Doors Open: 5:45 pm Admission is $5; not to exceed $20 per family; children under 5 years are free Be sure to enter you pumpkin before the concert for the pumpkin decorating contest! Students can enter both contests. Concert Begins: 6:00 pm Intermission: Costume Contest / Pumpkin Decorating Contest Concert Ends: 7:30 pm (approx.) Students are expected to help load the large equipment onto the trailer |
