ORIENTATION 2024-25
Check out the information below for starting the 2024-25 school year.
STEP ONE:
Read the Spring Newsletter
STEP TWO:
Register for Band!
STEP THREE:
Attend Spring Training
MAY 6, 8-9, 2024 - Southside Band Room
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.  We will be outside learning how to march.

Students will be fitted for uniforms and will come home with a card on sizing info for which sizes to purchase.
STEP FOUR:
Purchase Uniform Items
DUE MAY 30, 2024
Instrumental member must purchase their own bibbers (pants), shoes, and gloves.
Parents and fans are welcomed to purchase a halftime show theme shirt. 

Students DO NOT buy their own - the PMA Boosters provide them!
STEP FIVE:
Attend the mandatory student/parent Orientation Meeting
May 16, 2024 - 6 pm - SHS Auditorium
*Please bring a copy of your medical insurance card
STEP SIX:
Pay Band Fees
STEP SEVEN:
Practice and condition over the summer.
All of the music is online.  Students receive a memorization and pass off schedule.

​Parents - be sure your child stays ACTIVE over the summer!
