Good morning,
Please see the below schedule for Symphonic Band MPA performance next week:
Date: Weds. 3/4
Time: 10:30am
Students need to arrive at school in their appropriate concert attire OR very quickly change when called to the band room at 9am. We will depart at 9:15am.
Arrive @ Gadsden City HS: 9:30am (unload/restrooms)
Warm up: 10am
Perform: 10:30am
Sight reading: approx. 10:45am-11:10am approx.*Students that are going on the FCCLA trip MUST be picked up from Gadsden City HS directly following our sightreading to be sure and arrive at SHS to catch the bus in time!!
Arrive at Gadsden mall: by 11:30am
Arrive back at SHS: 12:30pm
Please note, Weds. there is an early dismissal day and we will not be back in time for them to ride the bus! You must arrange transportation for your child to get picked up at SHS by 12:30pm.
