*No rehearsal.  Enjoy the break!

Marching Band Rehearsal: 3:15 – 5:30pm 
(Don’t forget to bring a set of rehearsal clothes)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1. August Calendar: There is a printable version of our August calendar available online at: http://www.shs-band.com/calendar.html

1. Water Jugs: Please remember to bring your wide mouthed water jugs to all of our outdoor marching band rehearsals.  Jugs should be taken home and washed each day and should not stay in the band room over night at any time. 

1. Daily Warm Up Classes: Mr. Weaver & Ms. Palmer are pleased to introduce a new opportunity for our wind instrumentalists.  This year we will begin teaching woodwind & brass “Warm Up” classes aimed at helping students develop better practice and warm up habits.  These classes will also be a great opportunity for students to receive extra help with their music and or auditions. ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME! 

• Woodwinds will meet with Ms. Palmer on Mondays and Wednesday from 7:00-7:30am. 
• Brass students will meet with Mr. Weaver on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-7:30am.
