*Students should bring cash for dinner at the concession stand
 
4:30 pm           Student Report Time to Band Room; dressed & seated
 
4:30 pm           “Pregame” & inspections begin
 
5:00 pm           Depart for GCHS / unload equipment / water / warm-up
5:45 pm           Bands Assemble on the soccer field
(Students meet in sections to be called to the arc)
                        Line up and rehearse National Anthem
                       
6:20 pm           Move to Stadium
 
6:30 pm           National Anthem - Mass Band / enter into stadium as a group
 
6:40 pm           Westbrook Christian School Cabaret
 
6:50 pm           West End HS Band
 
7:10 pm           Glencoe HS
 
7:25 pm           Hokes Bluff HS
*After H.B. All Southside folks need to go back to our staging area by the soccer field. 
 
7:40 pm           Etowah HS
 
8:00 pm           Gaston HS
 
8:20 pm           Sardis HS
 
8:40 pm           Southside HS
 
9:00 pm           Gadsden City HS

Important Info
 

• There WILL be concessions for sale.  After the national & the band has been seated as a group in the stadium, students may visit concessions if they choose.

 

• DO NOT enter or exit the stadium during a performance. 

 

• NO CHECK OUTS FOR THIS PERFORMANCE.  Following the final performance, all students will load the bus and travel home.  Check outs will slow this process down.  We are not un-loading at the band room.  This policy is to get every student home as quickly as possible. 

 

• Have fun!  Be professional.  Go BANDS GO!!!!!
