Student Committees – BETA SHIFT

MON 8/22
Marching Band Rehearsal: 3:15 – 5:30pm 
 
TUES 8/23
Marching Band Rehearsal: 3:15 – 5:30pm 

• Instrumentalists should bring $3 for gloves
• PMA officers will be at rehearsal to collect money for Thursday’s 3rd Quarter Meal

 
WED 8/24
Marching Band Rehearsal: 3:15 – 5:00pm 
 
THURS 8/25 – SOUTHSIDE vs. HOKES BLUFF
Report Time: 5:00pm seated and dressed (halves) in band room
Students may leave campus after school to eat. Members are to be in their seats dressed in halves (bibbers and shoes) at the called report time for our “pre-game” ceremony. 

Departure: 5:15pm – DON’T FORGET ANYTHING!
Warm Up/ Rehearsal with H.B. Band: 5:45pm
Pre Game Show: 6:45pm (The Hokes Bluff Band will join The PRIDE for the National Anthem)
Kick Off: 7:00pm GO PANTHERS!
Dismissal: 10:00ish *Students will be dismissed as a group from the band room.

 
FRI 8/26 
Marching Band Individual / Group Pictures: 3:15 – 4:30pm 
*Individual headshots for our 2016 composite picture will be taken during school for all 9-12th grade students.  8th grade marchers will have their picture taken when they arrive at 3:15.
 
Once all individual pictures have been made, we will take our group picture in the auditorium. 
 
These pictures will be available to purchase from Joe McEachern Photography

1. Student Committees: Every student has been added to a special committee with an important assignment.  There are three teams or shifts for each committee.  The week it is the Alpha Team’s turn.  More info at: http://www.shs-band.com/blog/2016-marching-band-student-committees

1. PRIDE Shirts: The red PRIDE shirts are supposed to be delivered Wednesday of this week and will be passed out at rehearsal.  If and when (there always are) errors occur, we will work to fix them as quickly as possible.
