​Dear Students and Parents,
Please read the following information regarding our trip to Orlando!  Together with American Travel Consulting, we have worked very hard to come up with a trip experience that is fun and exciting for everyone. The PRIDE received the invitation to perform based on the entire program, so we’re counting on everyone to participate! Below is a detailed description of trip costs and what is included in our package for each participant.

​What Is Included:
Trip Packages include: 3 nights lodging in Orlando, Disney “Park Hopper” Passes to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Hollywood Studios & the Animal Kingdom, 
3 breakfasts, 5 Disney Meal Vouchers, transportation via charter bus & a t-shirt.
 
Trip Package Cost

*Trip costs are based on the number of people together in one room, students and chaperones alike.
Quad Occupancy - $800 per person
Triple Occupancy - $855 per person
Double Occupancy - $900 per person

​Trip Payment Schedule

All checks should be made payable to: Southside High School Band
Monday, October 2, 2017           $150   
Friday, October 27, 2017            $200  
Friday, November 17, 2017        $200 
Friday, December 15, 2017        $150
 
Friday, January 26, 2018       Final Balance Payment is due:  
                                             $100 for Quad Occupancy participants
                                             $150 for Triple Occupancy participants
                                             $200 for Double Occupancy participants

Just so that I understand, how many days are they going to be there and is March 14-18 the right dates? The package includes 3 nights, so I was confused. How do they travel, and are parents allowed to ride with the band members? Are there any additional funds needed for parents other than the $800+ that is due for the rooms and food?
