Major Ensemble Assignments 2025-26 S.Y.

All band members currently in grade 8-11 will have a performance assessment in class the week of March 17-21, 2025.  The results of these evaluations will help the director's to place student musicians into the appropriate major ensemble class at SHS (Symphonic Band & Wind Ensemble).

Evaluations will consist of a short excerpt of a prepared piece (from recent MPA literature), sight reading, and scales.

*HS: Will submit a video of their excerpts to Schoology and complete their sightreading in person
